How It Works

This service defines MEICON’s framework for IT, Cloud Infrastructure, and Digital Systems supporting global construction project delivery — ensuring security, uptime, and interoperability between on-site PMC systems and the Global Capability Center (GCC) cloud backbone.

Scope

This policy covers all MEICON offices and construction sites, including both on-premise hardware and cloud platforms like Azure and Microsoft 365. It extends to all data management, security protocols, and automation tools used for project reporting, training, and remote collaboration across the organization.

Strategic Objectives

MEICON aims for 100% digital data availability and a 50% reduction in downtime and manual reporting. By aligning with ISO 27001 standards and securing all site networks, the strategy focuses on creating a real-time, unified communication environment for more efficient project execution.
